Go grocery shopping on Saturday. In our former life it was not unusual for both of us to work 12 hour days, leaving Saturday as the day to do our major grocery shopping. Let’s just say I was less than happy when obviously older and retired persons would also be grocery shopping on Saturday. They tended to be slow, taking what seemed like forever to pick something out, blocking the aisle and just doing what older people seemed to me at the time to do. Often they didn’t have their charge card, purse or wallet ready when their purchases had been rung up. I guess old habits are hard to break.
