This awesome LED flashlight is sold under a number of different brand names. Recently we had an experience when trying to recharge the battery that the switch mechanism literally came apart spewing the parts in different directions..

So, when faced with this do you simply order a new flashlight, or do you avail yourself to the greatest educational resource of all time, YouTube?
A quick search of “power push button assembly fix for XML T6” resulted in a YouTube video.

A bit of assembly and success was with reach.

Everything back together!

Reassembly complete and everything works just as good as new. The moral of the story is that whenever you are faced with a situation you do not know the answer to, search YouTube, it is likely someone has already posted the answer you are looking for.
